Refund & Return Policy

At JustEmbroiderMe, every item is custom embroidered just for you. Because each order is personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for most purchases. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and work hard to ensure your order is exactly as requested.

Personalized Orders

All personalized and custom embroidered items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • You change your mind after placing your order.
  • You no longer want the item.
  • You are unhappy with the personalization, font, thread color, design choice, or other options that you selected during the ordering process.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, names, colors, and design selections before submitting your order.

Design Proof Approval

For most custom orders, we will send a digital design proof within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

We ask that you carefully review your proof for:

  • Spelling and grammar
  • Personalization details
  • Font selection
  • Thread colors
  • Design placement
  • Overall layout

If you would like any changes made, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your proof.

If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will consider the proof approved and will begin production. Once embroidery has started, changes cannot be made and the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification.

If We Make a Mistake

Your satisfaction is important to us. If we make an error in your order—such as embroidering incorrect information that does not match your approved proof or making a workmanship error—please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the mistake

If the error is determined to be ours, we will gladly remake or correct your item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
